Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Most orders ship within 1 business day
- Some items may require additional time for:

- Transfer from another location
You’ll receive confirmation once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

Bike Shipping (Customer-Provided Label)
Eligible bikes require the customer to provide a shipping label:
- Select “Shipping Label to Be Provided by Customer” at checkout
- We’ll email you box dimensions and weight once we box the bike (please allow 2-3 business days)
- Send your label to info@cyclepathpdx.com
This allows you to choose your preferred carrier and insurance level.
- A $150 boxing fee may apply - we will reach out prior to boxing your bike if this is required.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship outside the Continental U.S.
- Some brands restrict where we can ship their products
- Items restricted by manufacturers may be purchased online for in-store pickup only
- Cyclepath reserves the right to cancel orders that violate dealer agreements.
We apologize for the inconvenience or confusion this may cause.
Oregon Bike Tax
A $15 bike tax applies to bikes priced $200 and up.
This may be collected:
- At checkout (if applicable)
- In-store at pickup
- Over the phone for shipped orders if not processed online
In-Store Pickup
- Free for all items
- Most orders are ready within 1 business day
- Some items may require additional processing or assembly
We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Important:
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days
- Unclaimed orders may incur a 10% restocking fee
Pricing & Availability
We strive for accurate pricing and inventory, but errors may occur. Cyclepath reserves the right to cancel or decline orders due to discrepancies.
Returns/Refund Info:
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your item is received.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Labor or service work
- Special order or custom-built items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Bikes:
Bikes purchased online and shipped may not be eligible for return depending on condition. Please contact us with questions before purchasing. Pre-owned or consignment bikes are final sale.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Once approved, ship your item to:

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must be approved before shipping
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once the return is approved
Refunds
- Returns are inspected upon arrival
- You will be notified once your refund is approved or denied
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
